Great process from start to finish.

I recently sold my property in St Johns Park using Michael and Tatyana Ataman. Michael and Tatyana run a seamless sales process, and are absolute specialists in this local area.

We had 128 separate groups through the property in a 3 week auction campaign and I believe this was down to the quality of the marketing campaign and the reach that the team have. We had a successful sale on auction day and I can confirm that I felt Michael and Tatyana were always working in my best interests during this process.

Without knowing either Michael or Tatyana previously, only that they sold our home to us 8 years prior, we immediately felt comfortable with their warmth and professionalism, neither stealing the limelight and allowing each other to play to their strengths. When I wanted to sell my home, I contacted several agents, speaking to them at length. My decision to choose Michael Ataman was based on several things.

Firstly, I knew his market knowledge was excellent in my area, and as a result he was extremely successful. I realized his knowledge would be invaluable.

Secondly, I understood he would be very helpful in guiding me through what I needed to do to present my house well on the market. In fact, he recommended tradespeople and followed up with me as to their progress.
